AI Use Policy — Reput8ion Dynamics
Effective date: May 2026
Our position
Reput8ion Dynamics uses artificial intelligence tools to support research, drafting, analysis and creative development. We are transparent about this. Clients should know how AI is used in our work, what safeguards are in place, and what never changes: the judgement, responsibility and sign-off for every piece of work rests with James Dunny.
How we use AI
AI tools assist with tasks including initial drafting, literature and media research, structural analysis, tone refinement and content generation. These tools accelerate the work. They do not replace the strategic thinking, professional judgement or communications expertise that defines our service.
Every output produced with AI assistance is reviewed, edited and approved before it reaches a client.
What we never do
We do not input client names, confidential information, sensitive personal data, commercially sensitive material or any data that could identify an individual or organisation into AI systems.
All AI tools we use operate on general, non-confidential inputs only. Client confidentiality is absolute.
Data protection and legal compliance
We operate in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as enacted in Irish and EU law, and with all applicable data protection legislation.
No personal data, as defined under GDPR, is processed through AI tools. Client data is not shared with third-party AI platforms. Our AI use does not create any additional data processing obligations for clients, nor does it affect the legal basis on which we handle client information.
Human in the loop
AI is a tool, not a decision-maker. Every strategic recommendation, every piece of communications advice, every document sent under the Reput8ion Dynamics name has been read, considered and approved by a senior human professional. Clients receive the benefit of AI-assisted efficiency without surrendering the assurance of experienced human oversight.
Quality assurance
Our standard of work is unchanged by the use of AI. We apply the same rigour to AI-assisted outputs as to any other work product. If anything falls short of the standard we set, it does not go out.

Review
This policy is reviewed regularly and updated as our tools, practices or the regulatory environment change.
